Qualcomm has made an appearance during Samsung's ongoing major Unpacked event to confirm that the new Galaxy S23 series will ship with an upgraded version of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC. It has an increased top clock compared to the version of the same processor found in other new flagship Android smartphones, as well as a relatively "upgraded" version of the latest Adreno GPU.
