The problem with Ryan Murphy is how things drag on. After a few episodes (or seasons), the story becomes overwrought, condescending and drags on without any real substance. That’s exactly what happens here in this series. After a strong start with a very unique idea, well-written characters and a sense of freshness, Murphy’s need for shocking twists and egregious narrative choices again leads to an overcrowded world with a balance between content and flashy presentation. lost. I really admire the innovative ideas of the talented Ryan Murphy, but once again he wastes his talents on unnecessarily long stories.
