Directed by Paul W.S. Anderson and based on the story by George R.R. Martin, the story centers on a queen who, desperate to fulfill her love, makes a daring gamble: she sends the powerful and fearsome sorceress Grey Alice (Milla Jovovich) into the ghostly wastelands of the Lost Lands in search of magical power, where the sorceress and her guide, the wanderer Boyce (Dave Bautista), must outwit and defeat a man and a demon.
